Sugar Tiles — Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (also serving as the End User License Agreement, “EULA”) govern your use of Sugar Tiles, a mobile game published by Hawk & Mason Studios. By downloading or playing Sugar Tiles, you agree to these terms.

1. License

Hawk & Mason grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play Sugar Tiles for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these terms and the rules of the app store you downloaded it from. All game content, art, code and trademarks remain the property of Hawk & Mason or its licensors.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works from the game except where permitted by law;
use cheats, bots, exploits or unauthorized third-party software;
disrupt the service, other players, or attempt to access systems you are not authorized to use.

3. Virtual items

The game may include virtual items such as boosters and helpers. These have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money or goods, and are licensed — not sold — to you for use within the game. Virtual items are non-refundable except where required by law or platform policy.

4. Sugar Club subscription

Sugar Tiles offers an optional auto-renewable subscription, Sugar Club, priced at $4.99 per week (prices may vary by region and are shown in the app before purchase). Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

5. Payments & refunds

All purchases are processed by the App Store or Google Play under their terms. Refund requests are handled by the relevant store according to its policy. Hawk & Mason does not receive or store your full payment details.

6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Sugar Tiles is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hawk & Mason will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the game. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.

7. Changes & termination

We may update the game and these terms from time to time. Continued play after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local consumer law of your country of residence applies.
