Sugar Tiles — Privacy Policy

Sugar Tiles is a mobile block puzzle game published by Hawk & Mason Studios (“Hawk & Mason”, “we”, “us”). We keep a simple promise: we collect only what is needed to run, improve, protect and support the game.

Information we may process

Sugar Tiles is designed to work without you creating an account. Depending on how you play, we may process:

• Gameplay data — level progress, stars, scores, streaks and in-game settings, so your journey is saved.
• Device & diagnostic data — device model, operating system, language, and anonymous crash and performance logs.
• Approximate region — derived from your device/store settings (not precise GPS) for content, pricing and legal compliance.
• Purchase status — whether you own the Sugar Club subscription or other in-app purchases (handled by the app store, not us).
• Advertising signals — consent and tracking choices where advertising is shown.
• Support messages — anything you choose to send us by email.

We do not ask for your name, phone number, or precise location, and we do not sell your personal data.

How we use information

• To save your progress and keep game features working.
• To diagnose crashes, bugs, performance and difficulty balancing.
• To process purchases, restore entitlements and prevent abuse.
• To respond to support, press and partnership messages.
• To show advertising only where permitted by platform rules and your consent choices.

Third-party services

Sugar Tiles uses trusted platform services that process limited data under their own privacy policies, including Apple (App Store, Game services), Google (Google Play), analytics and crash reporting, and advertising providers such as Google AdMob. These providers process data according to their own terms and applicable platform requirements.

Advertising & purchases

Sugar Tiles is free to play and may show advertising. Where required, you will be asked for consent, and you can change ad-tracking permissions in your device settings. Purchases and the Sugar Club subscription are processed by the App Store or Google Play — we never receive your full payment card details.

Children

Sugar Tiles is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under the age required by your local law and the app stores. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children beyond what platform services permit. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will address it.

Your choices & rights

You can manage app permissions, ad-tracking choices, subscriptions and purchases through your device and your App Store or Google Play account. Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of data associated with your device by emailing us. Because the game does not use accounts, please include enough detail (platform, region, approximate dates) for us to locate any relevant records.
