For airline crew

Crewops

Your roster, read properly.

Import the roster your airline already sends you, then see what it actually leaves you: the flight duty period ceiling, the rest you are owed, how the month is stacking up, and where the fatigue is coming from. Built for line pilots and cabin crew, by someone who flies the line.

What it does

Everything your roster does not tell you

📥

Three ways in

Sign in to your airline's crew portal, subscribe to an ICS calendar, or drop in the roster PDF. The PDF is read on the device, straight from its text layer, with OCR as the fallback. 273 operators are preconfigured.

⏱️

Limits that match your rule set

EASA, UK CAA, FAA Part 117 and Turkish SHGM. FDP ceilings, minimum rest, cumulative duty, and the earliest they can call you again — with the margin the roster leaves, not just the numbers on it.

🌙

Fatigue you can point at

An indicator built from the schedule itself: WOCL encroachment, early starts, short rest, consecutive days, time-zone displacement. Never a fitness-to-fly verdict. That call stays yours.

📗

A logbook you own

Sectors you confirm become logbook rows. EASA and FAA CSV export whenever you want them. Cabin crew get their own flight-and-duty record with block time, duty time and night stops.

🩺

Coaching, with sources

Sleep, body clock, light and caffeine windows, cosmic radiation against the Euratom reference levels. Seventy-eight cards that fire off your own numbers, each naming the study or regulation behind it.

🗂️

Documents that warn you early

Licence, medical, passport and visa expiry dates, with reminders before they bite, and a note of which destinations need which visa.

Your roster, your hours and your health are on your phone, not on our server. We do not have an account system, because we do not want your data.

Crewops computes everything on the device. The only things it fetches are public weather and space-weather feeds, and your own airline's portal when you ask it to.

Questions, bugs, or a rule set we got wrong

Crewops is not an operator's system of record and it does not replace your company's crew portal or your official logbook. If a limit looks wrong for your operation, tell us which rule and which duty — that is the feedback that improves it fastest.
