Crewops — Support
We usually reply within a few business days.
Something not importing, a limit that looks wrong for your operation, or a question about the subscription? Write to us. If it is about a calculation, tell us which rule set and which duty and we can usually reproduce it the same day.

Help us help you faster
When you write about a problem, please include:
- your device and iOS version (for example iPhone 15, iOS 18);
- the rule set you selected (EASA, UK CAA, FAA 117, SHGM);
- how the roster was imported — crew portal, ICS subscription or PDF;
- the duty in question, with its date and report time;
- a screenshot, which almost always settles it.
Please do not email us your crew portal password, and please remove or cover other crew members' names before sending a roster.
Importing a roster
There are three ways in, and they all end up in the same place:
- Crew portal — sign in with the credentials your airline issued you. The app asks your airline's system directly; we never see the password. Some airlines publish rosters only for a fixed window, and the app will not request dates beyond the period your airline has published.
- Calendar subscription — paste the ICS link your airline or crewing system gives you, or open an .ics file.
- PDF — share the roster PDF into Crewops, or pick it from Files. It is read on your device, from the text inside the PDF where there is one, with text recognition as the fallback for scanned pages.
After an import, review the duties before trusting the numbers. Anything the parser was unsure about is flagged, and nothing reaches a calculation until it is confirmed.
Why a limit might look wrong
Crewops computes from published rule sets, not from your airline's operations manual. Your operator may apply a stricter variant, an approved derogation or a collective agreement the app does not know about. The rule set is labelled as unverified inside the app for exactly this reason: it is a planning aid, not a compliance record. Where your company's figure and ours differ, your company's figure governs — and we would like to hear about the difference.
Crewops Pro, and restoring it
Crewops Pro is an auto-renewable subscription, monthly or yearly, with a free trial at the start. It is billed by Apple to your Apple Account, and it renews automatically unless you turn renewal off at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings; deleting the app does not cancel it.
If you reinstall the app, or install it on a new phone signed in with the same Apple Account, open Ben → Crewops Pro and tap Satın almaları geri yükle (Restore purchases). A subscription belongs to the Apple Account that bought it, so it cannot be moved to a different Apple Account.
Your roster, logbook and documents stay readable whether or not Pro is active, and the logbook export works either way. We will not hold your own records behind a subscription.
Moving to a new phone
Crewops keeps everything on the device and nothing on a server, which is the point of it — and it means a lost phone is a real risk. Restoring a new iPhone from an Apple backup brings Crewops and its data with it. If you set the new phone up as new, the data does not come back.
Before changing phones, open Ben → Veri ve gizlilik (Me → Data & privacy) and export a copy, and export the logbook as CSV. Keep both somewhere you control.
Deleting your data
Ben → Veri ve gizlilik → Her şeyi sil wipes everything the app holds: roster, logbook, documents and attachments, health entries, saved portal credentials and reminders. Deleting the app from your iPhone removes its storage too. Neither cancels a subscription.
Reporting something serious
Crewops is a personal tool. It is not a channel to your airline, and nothing you write in it reaches anyone. Fatigue reports, safety reports and sickness notifications go through your operator's own system, every time.
